Our rooms with one one king bed allow two guests per room. Our rooms with two queen beds allow four guests per room. Our bunk suite rooms allow 6 guests per room. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.

Yes! We allow up to two dogs per room. A $100 refundable deposit and a $35 per-night pet fee apply.

South Tahoe Airporter operates daily shuttles from Reno International Airport to our hotel and back. The shuttles pick up across the street from our lobby at the Transit Center or in front of The Heavenly Gondola. The cost is $32 one way and $60 round trip. This service has various pick up and drop off locations however, the Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are not pickup/drop off locations. The closest pickup is located at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel (LTRH).

Lake Tahoe has several additional options, including the local bus, taxis and Uber. During the winter, Heavenly offers complimentary shuttles directly from our hotel. The Nevada and California Heavenly base areas can be accessed via the local bus line: https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/
